Do you know a middle or high school student with an interest in architecture and design? Our next educational program is just around the corner, and registration is officially open!
The Summer Sketching Series is a two-part workshop designed to introduce students to ways in which architects communicate ideas through drawing. Led by Architect Jorge Herrera of Herrera Studio and Architectural Designer, Zachary Terry, students will:
· Learn how to sketch interior and exterior spaces
· Explore concepts like symmetry, perspective, shadow, and depth
· Practice quick drawing exercises to express design ideas
· Build confidence in visual communication and creative thinking
· Learn how architects use sketching in their business.
