Jorge Alain Herrera, NCARB, AIA
Building your home is one of the most personal journeys you’ll ever undertake. Mr. Herrera believes it should feel that way from the very first conversation, collaborative, transparent, and guided by someone who genuinely understands every stage of what it takes to bring a vision to life.
With 20 years of experience designing custom luxury residences and commercial projects, Mr. Herrera brings something rare to the table: he doesn’t just design beautiful homes, he understands how they’re built. Early in his career, he was personally recruited by Luis Rodriguez of Rodez of Miami, one of Miami’s longest-running luxury design-build firms and a legacy rooted in the work of renowned architect Hernando Acosta. There, working across every phase of construction, he developed a hands-on command of the building process that most architects spend an entire career without gaining.
That foundation, knowing not just what to draw, but how it gets made, means fewer surprises, tighter budgets, and a smoother experience for his clients. It’s what separates a home that looks good on paper from one that’s built to last and built to delight.
His design sensibility is equally broad. Trained at Miami Dade College in modern avant-garde design and at the University of Miami’s School of Architecture under the legendary Dean Elizabeth Plater-Zyberk, a pioneer of New Urbanism and traditional architecture, Mr. Herrera is equally fluent in the clean lines of contemporary design and the enduring elegance of classical form. His time at Harrison Design, one of the country’s most respected high-end residential firms, further sharpened his eye for the details that define true luxury.
Whether you’re envisioning a timeless estate, a sleek modern retreat, or something entirely your own, Mr. Herrera brings the expertise, the craft, and the personal attention to make it happen, exactly the way you imagined it.

Zachery Terry
Mr. Terry is an architectural designer who received a Bachelor of Architecture degree from Kennesaw State University in 2017.
During his time as a student, he served on the AIA Georgia Executive Board as Student Director, becoming a liaison between the academic and professional realms of architecture. After graduating, he served as an executive board member for the Architecture Foundation of Georgia for 3 years on the Scholarship and the Marketing and Visibility committees. This was followed by 4 years of service as AIA Atlanta Emerging Professionals Director which focused on recent architecture graduates and young professionals early in their career.
Mr. Terry’s experience has ranged from very small (Staff of 3) to very large (50,000+ employees) size firms. These firms have provided him with exposure to a number of different markets including: biocontainment and laboratory planning in the healthcare, science, higher education, and governmental markets; large-scale industrial centers such as Amazon hubs; smaller scale community and civic spaces such and churches and shipping container offices. He is most intrigued by architecture that creates intangibles such as memories, emotions, and experiences while being conscious and responsible for the health of inhabitants and the environment.
Before deciding to pursue Architecture, Mr. Terry was (and still is) an avid artist and loves to draw many different things. In high school, he started his own Graphic Design and Printing Business and also received a certificate in Interior Decoration.
